I'm on h1b applied for extension got RFE , I94 is expiring on oct 9th.can I or my wife apply for F1 to maintain status for spring.till I find a new h1 company.will my change of status get approved if I apply for spring now.
Also what will happen if my H1gets approved before I get a result of change of status.
