H1- H4 situation

Hello Everyone, My H1B had expired on July 30th 2003 and I applied for extension on July 22 of 2003. I received my approval last week (1.22.04). My wife wants to travel outside the country so I have these questions

1. Can my Wife get her H1b Stamped in India? though I haven't got mine stamped yet..I am not travelling to India right now.
2. What should we be careful in regards to documents?
3. Is it possible to get stamping done in USA? if so then whats the time duration of that process?

1. Did you mean H4 in a US consulate? Yes she can get H4.
2. Same as regular H4 application- marriage cert, H1 approval notice, proof of your employment - minimum
