H1 & H4 Revalidation Question

Hello All !

1. Visa stampings (H1 & H4) are expired on 10/31/03 .

2. Got H1 & H4 Approvals valid till 12/16/2003.

3. Again applied and got the 7 th year H1 & H4 approvals valid till 12/16/2004.

We need to send passports to St.Louis for revalidation ,
Do i have to send both the approvals for each of us ??

Can any one help me with the procedure of revalidation, What documents are required ??

Yes send all approvals and explain in the covering letter why there are 2 consecutive approvals.
