My wife recently got an H1B approved through a company. The start date is oct 1st 2004 and now she does not want to join that company and does not want to work. She has an H4 stamp on her visa till may 31st 2005(which is my H1B expiry date) and even her I94 is valid till may 31st 2005. in short she wants to come back to H4 status.What should we do. All inputs will be greatly appreciated
