We have our AP valid till 7/1/05 and have H1/H4 Visas till Oct 2005.
We are planning for a visit to india and not sure if we need to comeback using our AP or we can use our H1/H4.
We have plans in visiting in July-Aug timeframe.
We have not used out EAD so far. Again how do you define using EAD. My wife nor myself has not used EAD so far except for as an ID for our Finger Printing.
Also if i apply for AP renewal, and my wife leaves in between can i carry her approval and she come back using that. Some one said that you need to be in the country until the AP gets approve. In other words you should not leave before you have your AP documents?. Is that true..
