Hey all,
I am in a different situation.
I am on part-time H1. My company shut down ( or told me not to come to office) during march 2010.
In all I worked only 20hrs during March.
My company is not sure of providing me 20hr work per week and that I will have to take leave on and off even during April.
My husband is applying for my h4 with start date as june 1st.
His company has not asked for my paystubs yet. If in the future an RFE is encountered demanding paystubs, will my 20 hour/mo or 40hr/mo pay stub be valid. (can a reason like sickness be reason for working only 20hrs /mo)
Please suggest.
