Hi Everyone
I need your suggestions and advice:
I entered US on H4(valid til july 2009) and got my H1 recently in october 2009(no job no pay stubs yet)
so to solve the problem of H1 to H4 change of status problem i came to know that going back to Home country would be better option
so assuming i go back to India and come back and would have H4 status with new I94
In Situation, Employer might terminate my H1 or he might not:
later if i want to go back to H1 from H4 how will it work in both the scenerios ?
If H1 is already terminated, is it still easy to go to H1 from H4 without considering CAP
My goal is to get back to H1 easily at later point without worrying about CAP
So what if my Employer terminates H1,so do I have to make sure that my Employer doesnot terminate my H1 while im on H4 or it doesnt matter still i neednot worry about CAP
how does it work?
