Hi, Iam on H1B .I had a dui in 2002 and when i went for h1 stamping in 2004 i had wait for fingerprints for sometime to get visa stamp. on my visa also it states that there is a record existing ..iam getting married and my wife would be going for a H4 visa on my h1..i have to send her my visa copy along with other documents.
would there be any problem for her visa because of my DUI record in the visa?will they ask her questions reg my records?
