Hi,
My wife's H4 to H1 status change was filed by a perspective employer for re-capturing time spent on H4 (not subject to quota). Employer wants her to start working immediately but I have questions regarding when can she start working for this employer?
Lawyer says as soon as they have fedex confirmation that USCIS received the application she can start. But I am not convinced with this as She is currently on H4 status.
I am not sure whether she can start even after we receive the USCIS receipt as this is a H4 to H1 status change.
Is there is any way to add premium processing for H4 to H1 change after the application was filed?
Please help if you know someone in similar situation? or have some insight to this?
