My Wife is in H1 right now and her H1 is maxing out by April. She is getting an option of working in Canada for sometime. Is possible for my wife to Quit her job in Canada if she does want to continue for long time and come to US in visitor visa(which she would already have by then). After she comes in USA, can I convert her Visitor VISA to H4?
