H1/H4/ confusion

When I extened 7th year H1. I got extension for my wife and daughter on H4.
My daughter's H4 shows pettitioner name as my wife.
This extension is not stamped in passport yet.

Meanwhile my wife got H1 (H4_>H1) and she is now going to stamp with H1.

Question is: My daughter's H4 petition is still vaild or not (as it is showing pettitioner as my wife)We all are going for stamping in India. Appreciate input from any body on this.

It is better you send that H4 back and ask for a correction here. You can write a letter to USCIS and send the wrong H4 back. Then of course, you have to wai till you receive the new H4 for your daughter.

I am not sure how the consulate in India would react to something like name being wrong on the visa document. May be any other forum member will throw more light on this for you.

But nenfeficiary is name is correct - but it shows applicant name as my wife as it was filed along with my wife. Will it be an issue as my wife is no longer on H4?
How is the relation between H1 and H4 established? Do you know?
