I was employed with company A. I filed for H1 transfer on Sep 7th, Got Receipt on 18th Sep. Joined organization B on 8th Oct. I just recd. My h1 Transfer approval in which dates validity is mentioned as 12 Dec. 2001 to 2004. Now will that create problem. As I joined Orgnization B earlier that date of approval but after reciving the recipt? will it create problem for GC Pls help
