I have a masters degree in physical therapy from india along with a us license and visascreen certificate.it is july 10th 2005 and i am currently on a F2 visa (dependent to F1) which is valid till may 2006.
i have applied to a non profit hospital who are ready to do my H1 , but i may need to move in december, so i am also planning to apply for ead/greencard through another employment agency which can place me in a different state if i do need to move, and therfore change jobs.
Please help me!!!!!!!!!!!, because my confusion is from the reason that i have to go to abroad for first 2 weeks in december to attend a wedding, and i dont know whether it will be possible..
1.--------I wanted to Know whether it is possible to travel abroad and reenter on EAD status, because if i Travel in December i might need to let go my previous employers H1 status??
2. ------ If my EAD is applied for by employer A while on F2 status, and if
i start working on H1 for employer B till my EAD arrives , will i still be able to use my EAD working for employer A.
