Hi, guys, I got a question about h1b quota , hope you can help me
One of my friends was laid off several months ago, so she lost her h1b status and have to go back to canada. Now she found another job in the U.S. and the company agree to apply h1b for her. Does she need to apply new h1b quota ? Or don't need because she ever owned a h1b quota before?
