My brother who is currently on F1 visa will be soon completing his two years associated degree in science in the USA for which there are some promising jobs after his degree. If a company offers him a job, what type fo visa should they sponsor him? H1- visa? I thought for H1 visa we need 16 years of education but my brother has only 14 years eduction. Is there another type of visa that can be issued so he can work for that company? Please help. Thanks
