Hello,
I got my Masters from a University here in Dec 06. I'm currently on OPT wehich is valid until Dec 07. I got a job but the attorney's applied my H1 in the General Cap instead of the Masters Cap by mistake. My application didnt make it in the random selection, hence I don't have a reciept. I spoke to the attorneys and they told me that they have a vacant H1 (They got the receipt for H1 for a guy but he will not be using it). So, they are going to try and get that transferred in my name. Is that possible ? (I have no faith in those attorneys). If I don't get the H1, then wht are the other options ? I've heard abt an H3 visa ? Can u please help me in this since I'm clueless right now. Thanks in advance.
