My H1 was approved in 2003 and at that time I did not have an MS in US. I worked for 1.5 years on H1.
Then in 2006-2007 I came on F1 visa and finished my MS from US.
Then I started OPT and came on H1 again, using the old H1( from 2003) that I had ( my application was cap exempt as I had not gone out of US for more than a yr)
My question is now when my current H1 expires in 2013 ( completion of 6 yrs) can I get another H1 to continue working in the US or will I need to stay of country for 1 year ?
When I apply for new H1 can I get new H1 under masters quota ?
