In some web sites it is mentioned that people can stay upto a period of 240 days after the H1 has expired (even though the extension has been filed within the expiry date and recipt date and number has been obtained).
What will happen after 240 days? will that person go out of status? and is that 240 days calculated from the h1 expiry date?
