Hi - I filed for my H1B extension and this is my 5th year in USA and I got an RFE today. I don’t know the reason yet. I also have EAD valid till 2020.
What if I get a denial post my RFE? Can I work on EAD?
Do I need to switch to EAD before submitting the RFE response or decide once the RFE result is out.
