The visa stamped on my passport is until Jan 15,2005.
The approval notice is also until Jan 15,2005.I have to file for extension for my H1 visa.
If the application for extension doesnt reach USCIS by Jan 15th, will I be out of status ?
I sent all paperwork and documents to the attorney long time back but he still hasn't send my application to USCIS . I am so worried now that I will be out of status and that too not because it was my fault but the attorney slacked off .
