My current H1 will expire in 3 months. I am under a common dilemma, should I go for H1 extension or an EAD. My employer would pull off H1 support, if I go for EAD. So it\'s one or the other.
The problem with H1 is the layoff risk. The problem with EAD is I-485 denial risk. What are other factors to consider?
