H1 extension vs EAD Please please help

Hi,
My RD is Jan 2002 and I know would need to go for 2nd FP in 1-2 months.

As you all know need prepare for long time wait as it might take few months ~ 3 months to get some result for my case.

Also, H1 is expiring on Oct, 2003.

Please help me decide if I should extend my H1 or switch to EAD ?

Through your H1 visa in the waste basket and start working on EAD. My H1 has expired 6 months back and i am happily working on EAD eversince :) :) :)
