Hi, I had an H1 visa through my company and the visa expired in the month of march 2008. Before that i had applied for its extension. Some time in the month of July I got RFE for my extension due to some company related issues. Now i have sent the required evidence to USCIS and they have started reprocessing. My query is that can i get my H1 transfer done to some other consultant. Any help will be highly appreciated.
