Hi All,
I have applied for the H1 extension and the ND is 24-APR-07. My H1 expiry and I-94 expiry is 11-Jul-07.
My question is:
i) Can I invite my parents to US with my H1 extension status as "Pensing"?
ii) Will they get Visa approved atleast for 3-4 months?
iii) If I book an visa appointment for my parents online now. Do they need to send all the relevant doc like D156, My Visa papers to the US consulate immediately or do they have to carry the documents on the visa interview date?
