H1 extension not come yet

I have completed my 6yr cap. Just beofre it got over we applied for a substitute labor but 140 got denied and is currently in appeal process. Based on this my attorney filed for H1 extension(before my I194 expired) for 1year. As per CSC dates they are processing cases after Dec 21st, my notice date was Dec 1st but have not received any updates.

Does the H1 extension after 6 years follow a different processiong dates. Anybody on the same boat.

No it follows the same timeframe. If I-140 is denied then you cannot get H1 extension, however if you are going thorugh appeal process, you can ask INS to extend based on the appeal process, if they honor that then you should be ok.

Spend some dollars get this rectified with a good attorney. You should not be expecting credible answers from a free portal. If I were you, that is what I would have done.
