Can you extend your H1 indefinitely even if your GC is in labor? I am planning to file a non-RIR GC ('cause in my industry, investment banking, it'll be impossible to justify RIR) and I know non-RIR takes a while. Are there any other drawbacks to non-RIR apart from the time it takes? Many thanks!
