My wife visa & I-94 expires feb 2, 2007
My visa & I-94 expires apr 4,2007
as u see in chennai the consulate guys got confused with the month and dates for me and my wife and hence the date mismatch.
so i applied for extension in jan 07 for me and my wife from feb 3, 2007 - feb 3, 2010 to make it consistent. again the INS granted extension but with a date mismatch..
so for me and my wife now the extension is from apr 4 2007 - apr 4 2010
for me the above dates work fine, but for my wife the extension should start from feb 3, 2007
anybody faced similar situation or what shud I be doing in this case..
i am trying to get my lawyer to look into this
