H1 extension beyond 6th Year, after I140 denial and appealed and case is penindg?

Hi All,
I heard that as long as case is pending for Denied I-140 at aao, H1 extension beyound 6th year is possible? I haven't seen threads regarding this thread, please post your reply if anyone know about this.

Yes thats true . As long as decision is pending in AAO(If you have filed an appeal) you can apply for an extension for H1.
Moreover if you wanna capture the time spent out side the country you can apply that also along with an extension.
