MY H1 expired last year and extension was filed in time. USCIS did not pick up my case until writing a letter to them. They issued RFE and it is submitted. The case is now under process. Already 240 days have been passed after my last H1 valid date and I am still working.
Am I in status and is it fine to stay and continue working?
I heard some memos of AC21 allow one to work beyond 240 days of old H1 expiry date if extension is filed in time. Is this true?
