My H1 will be 5 years in March 2004, and will expire in March 2005.
1: If my current company file LC for me before March 2004, I can extend H1 every year after March 2005. But if I change job to another company, or the current company is closed/merged after March 2004 or March 2005, can I still be eligible for this law to get 7th year extension?
2. My previous company filed LC for me in December 2002, is it still available for the extension? That means, do I have to file LC in my current company before March 2004?
