H1 expiring

My 6 year H1 expiring in Feb 2002, my emloyer applied for I140 just last
week and PD is OCT 1999. Is there any possibility that I get my I140 approv
ed by Feb 2002, and can I apply for 7th year H1 extension, any help is
greatly appriceated.

You will get H1B extionsion for 7th year.

You have nothing to worry at all, 7th year H1B is given when PD > 365 Days and I140 is Filed.
