H1 Expiring Please Help

My H-1 is Expiring mid Feb. My EAD Expired mid January.....
I applied for extension for my EAD but my f...... lawyer forgot to sign the check and every thing came back.....

1- Now for you guys who received the new EAD, what exactly is the effective date? Is it the following day the old one expired or the approval date or something else?... please clarify..

2- What do I need to file extension of my current H-1? and is it worth it?

I think "YES".


2- What do I need to file extension of my current H-1? and is it
worth it?
Sometimes EAD takes a while.

U can apply for premium processing of H-1..(abt $1000) It is faster.
U can start working the day it is registered with INS. This can fasten it for u.
