H1 expiring need advice.

Hi Guys,

I have filed my EB3(Sub Labor) 140/485 concurrently in June 2005. My H1 already expired in Sept 30th 2005, my employer filed H1 extension to capture my vaction which goes till January 2007. Now my 140 is not yet approved and also haven't heard anything on H1 extension.

What should I do now? Should I go ahead and file for EAD by myself ? Also my Driving liscence expires Dec 2006. I already extended it by 3 months in Sept, now how can i get my Driving Liscence renewed ?

for DL ur I-485 receipt should confirm your legal status. You can also apply for EAD based on your pending I-485.
