I have two question
1. My H1 visa will expire in a couple of days. Is any action needed to go from H1 to EAD.
Show your unexpired EAD to your employer and fill form I-9. Your employer would help you with that.
2. What is my immigration status when I start using EAD(H1 Expired).
You status would be "Pending AOS"
