First of all, a Very and Warm Happy New Year to you.
My H1 visa stamp will expire by Mar 31st,2002 (6 years). I\'ll be applying for
485/AP/EAD in a Week or so with CSC. My family would like to travel to
India from Feb, 2002 to May 2002. I guess while going out of US,
they might not have problem.
But my doubts are about their coming back in May, 2002. Let\'s say by
Mar/April time I receive AP/EAD. So, my questions are:
a) can I send a photocopy of AP to them in India and can they use that
to come over?.
b) Do they need to go to US Consulate for any stamping?
c) will they have problems at POE?
d) what other document required?.
Did anybody do this way?
Please let me know.
