My 6th year expires Feb'07. I entered the country first time Jun'01. In between I travelled for 3 months. So I can recapture till Oct'07. LC was filed only in Feb'05 and pending. I'm planning to switch jobs and may take a while.
Based on the above timeframe, the new company should file for PERM before Jun'06?. If PERM is approved and I40 is pending/approved what's the chance of getting 7th year extension?
