Currently I have a valid EAD and have a valid h1 until 2007 July.
Will I be loosing my H1 status if I start using my EAD?
Even if work on EAD how will the INS know if I am working on EAD or H1.
If you start secondary employement, which you are legal to work on EAD.
What would happen to my H1 status?
