I have some questions, I will be completing my 6 years in US working under H1B Visa and due to the current economy the companies have stopped applying for Green card.
1) What are the options to keep working here in US(If any)?
2) If I go back to india as a Company to company transfer or working remotely,Can I come back to US on L1 after a year stay there.
3) If my child is a US Citizen what do I need to do to maintain his
citizenship until his/her age of 18.
4) what sort of things I need to do for my child from here that he does not have issues on keeping his citizenship as well as staying in India, in case I cannot come back within one year.
5) I have property(House) , Can I keep it or have to seel it before I leave.
6) What all can I carry (my house hold things or things I have here today) after my 6 years tenure as I am going back for good. Any restrictions?
7) Any site you can refer who does move stuffs for immigrants from US to India.
8) What if my Child is due, wife cannot travel in this stage and I am on H1 and can the company sposoring me layoff. It is the liability that I cannot leave the country due to the stage my wife is in and at the same time with Layoff I am been asked to leave.
