I am on a H4 visa and just graduated MBA. I have been looking for employment at non-profit agencies because I heard that the H1 cap does not apply to them.
However, yesterday one recruiter told me that the cap for not for profits has also been reached. Is this true?
Are there any career avenues where the H1 B cap does not apply please advice?
