My H1b was approved with start date 1-Oct. On my behest, Employer's attorney sent the request for revoking the H1b petition on 29-Sep. Now on 12-Oct, I have a good offer that I would like to work through the same employer. Is there a way to withdraw the cancellation that has already been posted by the attorney, assuming that USCIS would not have acted upon the request so far.
