H1 B Visa

Hi All,

My H1B visa is going to be Expire on june 2003. What do i need to do. Do my company has to File I-539 form for extension of next 3 yrs.

Please advice.

It sounds as if the first thing your company should do is retain an attorney. They do NOT file an I-539 for an H-1 extension.
