I was working for employer A in my home country who filed an H1-B for me was it was approved. I got an offer from Employer B and this was for a US position. As this was for a US position I was told to continue with my current job until my visa for Company B was stamped. Once I was stamped for Company B, I was told that they lost a few projects & could not send me to U.S. Now my current employer A wants to send me to U.S. and wants to have my stamping done.
Queries :
1. I understand that the visa for Company B will be cancelled. Apart from this, is there any other issue with this ?
2. Do I need a letter from Company B stating the reasons why they could not send me on their visa ?
