I'm currently on an H1-B visa. This is my 7th year on H1-B. I have applied for Green card and its been pending at DOL, Texas service center since August 2000. Labor has not been approved yet. I got my first 7th year extension based on the fact that my green card processing has been pending for more than a year. My question is, can I transfer my H1-B and my green card sponsor to another company and maintain status quo on my immigration status. Or is there any other option?
