I am a citizen from Pakistan. I have a valid H1-B stamped on my passport until Aug. 2005. My problem is I have switched my employer. I am planning to pay a visit to Pakistan in July 2005 and will come back end of July 2005. Do I have to restamp my H1-B for the current employer?
Please bear in mind that my visa from the first employer is expiring end of August 2005 so it's validitiy can not be challenged and I should be able to enter USA.
