I have an appointment scheduled to get my H1- B visa stamped in Calgary on the 16th. Does anybody have any experiences that can be shared. Any help will be appreciated.
Also, I have a few questions.
1. What if I am asked how long do I intend to stay in the US.
2. Can I state that my visit to Canada was purely for stamping and not tourism, is that a valid asnwer. Though, this trip is going to be official, since my company is paying for the trip.
3. My H1-B petition is valid until Jan 3rd 2009 and my passport expires on Jun 17th 2009, a gap of six months and 14 days. Can I encounter any problem due to this.
