Hi all,
My H1-B visa expired in May 2009. The visa was appropriately transferred by my new employer and approved. So, it is currently valid until 2012.
I would like to know what processes I would have to have in place inorder to get my Visa stamped in one of the US border consulates (in Canada). Does it make a difference that my original visa has expired within the last 6 months (i.e., would the border consulates provide stamping for this case)? Or, would I have to go back to home country and get a stamping from one of the consulates there?
Thanks in advance for your valuable inputs in this regard.
Cheers,
Raghu
