H1 B visa and travel to India..

I have to travel India on ashort notice from Nov 4 to Nov 13 2005.

My Visa on my passport is valid till 30 Nov 2005.

My I-797 is valid till Aug 2006.

My query

1. I wanted to confirm whether i can travel on my old visa. and return back till Nov 13. (... I have changed my employer about 2 years ago...)
2. Is it ok to travel on visa whose validity date is so close to the actual travel...

I just wanted to re-confirm these 2 things.
