How are all u folks doing ?
have an issue -
filed for h1 transfer, BCIS as issued a RAE ( Request for
Additional Evidence) in simple words a query.
they need the w2 forms and tax returns from the time i was with
the previous company.
I came into the US thru their sponsorship on Nov 16, 1999.
did not find a project till Jan 2000. hence was not paid salary.
and hence did not receive any w2 for filing my tax returns.
but have all the w2 and tax returns from 2000 on.
also when i filed for my transfer, I filed with my receipt that I had
for renewing the H1 from my old employer which i recd after
couple of months from filing the transfer.
was wondering if this would in any way lead to the rejection of my
transfer, even after i produced all the above documents that
I have currently.
