Hi Friends,
Which category under Vermont Processing Times will H1-B Transfer Process (From Company A - Company B) fall under? I am confused whether it is I-129 with H1B Cap or I-129 with H1B Ext.
Because my H1B Transfer receipt notice is May 30, 2003.
1) Vermont is processing I-129 with H1-B Cap receipt notices on date June 2nd 2003
2) Vermont is processing I-129 with H1-B EXt receipt notices on date May 23rd 2003.
My receipt notice is in between? Which category will I fall under?
Also how much time is it taking for H1-B Transfer in Vermont Processing Center.
They gave me in the receipt notice as 60 days - 120 days (i.e. 3 - 6 months its very long).
