I have an expired h1 b petition which is expired in 2011,now i'm in USA on H4 status.My H1 B has been approved in 2008 and at that time i was in USA on L2 visa my employer did change of status from L2 to H1 but i never worked on H1 and there are no pay stubs,as my husband assignment is completed we moved to India in Feb 2009 and my employer has withdrawn my H1 B.
Now is there any chance to do the h1 transfer with new employer.
